Today, after countless hours of testing and fine-tuning, JMA Web Technologies brings you Live Chat!
Introducing Live Chat
While browsing around our website or while logged into to your Connex for QuickBooks or Cloud Cart Connector account, you may have noticed this little widget in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen:
Have a question, comment, feedback, or concern? Perhaps you’re new to our software and have questions about how it works, functionality, pricing or how to start a free trial? Well, no longer do you need to e-mail us and wait for an answer – simply initiate a live chat and a member of our Customer Success Team will be happy to answer your questions from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday. No robots or automated ChatBots. Just real, flesh-and-blood humans ready to answer any questions you may have.
To begin a live chat with one of our agents, simply click on the blue “Chat With Us” widget. This will open the chat window:
Chatting is easy; please introduce yourself by completing the form and then type your message in the designated Message field. Have a link or file you wish to share as part of your message? Live Chat supports hyperlinks and drag-and-drop file sharing, too! Next, one of our Customer Success agents will respond to your message as soon as possible.
When Should I Start a Chat?
Whenever you would like; don’t be shy! The innovative live chat feature is fantastic if you are new to our services and have questions regarding (but not limited to):

- Which product and service plan is right for you.

For current customers, if you have questions regarding your account, how to purchase a subscription and activate, or need to be pointed to the right knowledge base article, our live chat agents are happy to help.
What if I Need Technical Support?
If you require technical support, we strongly encourage you to please contact us and a member of our Technical Support team will get back to you via e-mail within 24 hours or less. For the fastest response, please kindly provide the following information when contacting:
- What product are you subscribed to (Connex for QuickBooks, Cloud Cart Connector, Connex for Xero)?
- The e-mail address associated to your account with us. For billing inquiries, please also let us know the e-mail address associated with your JMA Web Technologies online store account.
- What connection is causing the error(s)? Please list the website and connection name from the My Connections page of your account.
- Missing orders? Mapping questions? Please send a screenshot of the order(s) in question.
- Please detail what is wrong. Be as specific as you can. For example, order missing or the shipping amount is missing.
- Please ensure your screenshots contain the order number, order date, and customer name.
